I DID IT! lake placid ironman..done. a very very brief race report- 14:01:56 or something, included a 30 minute asthma attack around mile 11 of the run where they put me in an ambulance and i insisted on finishing the race. shuffled across the finish line and got taken to the med tent for an i.v., a calf massage and tons of liquids. i know i swore i would never do it again but kind of want to tackle imlp 2011. i think i can do better with more (than 13 weeks) training and less of a stress fracture in the way. more latejavascript:void(0)r..exhausted!
